College football Week 3 picks, predictions, odds:
Chris Ruffolo writes: “I can understand a case to be made either way here, but I’m looking at the over in this one. Despite NC State’s shortcomings in week one against East Carolina, this is still a solid offensive unit with one of the countries best QBs in Devin Leary and I think he’ll move the ball well on the Red Raiders defense but I also think that Texas Tech will have some success and big plays against NC State’s defense. Give me the over here in a 35-31 kind of game.”
Cameron Ross writes: “This will be a close back and forth match up as both teams come into this game undefeated. Both teams are loaded with talent that will be all over the field keeping this game close throughout. North Carolina State will do enough late to pull away and get the victory but Texas Tech will stay within the number.”
Vincent Senick writes: “I like the Wolfpack to take care of business at home and win comfortably.”

Bill Bender writes: “This could turn out to be one of the most fun games of the weekend. The Red Raiders are 2-0 under new coach Joey McGuire. Texas Tech has lost in its past two visits to Carter Finley Stadium by an average of 31.5 points per game, but this one feels like it could be a shootout between Donovan Smith and Devin Leary.”
The site predicts that North Carolina State will win and cover the spread in Saturday’s game. It is also taking the over.
The site gives Texas Tech a 32.4% chance to win the Week 3 college football game in Raleigh.
